A Therapeutic Practice for Healthy Aging

 Therapeutic Yoga can improve respiratory and cardiovascular function, relieve anxiety and depression, ease pain, and reduce chronic stress. Through yoga, senior citizens can feel empowered to take care of themselves. Different parts of their brain get stimulated, which can bring more happiness and make them emotionally more balanced. Through the course of my work at The Variel of Woodland Hills, a senior living, I work with different levels of abilities and mobilities through various classes for independent individuals and the assisted Living section.

Balance Classes

Balance Classes for Seniors are designed to improve stability, strength, and confidence through gentle, low-impact movement. Each session focuses on fall prevention, coordination, and overall wellness. Perfect for all fitness levels, in a safe and supportive environment.

3 months Package for 24 sessions 1:1 (30-minute sessions)

Live online through Zoom: $1,440

In Person classes: rates differ depending on the location
